Need Help Finalizing My New PC Build

I'm putting together my first PC and I've created a build list that you can check out here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vGbPrM. I'm a bit worried I might be missing some important components, even simple ones. I've heard people mention I might need an extra fan and a hub for this build. Is that true? Any advice or suggestions would be hugely appreciated!

Just a heads up, try to avoid going for the standard RAM at 5070. It's already on the lower side, and you'll regret it in the future. For just a bit more, you could upgrade to the tray version of the Ryzen 7 7000. It's worth considering!

Would the 5060ti be a better option? Also, could you explain what you mean by 'tray version'? Is it like an open box item?

You should definitely consider getting a Montech Century II PSU. It's a solid choice for reliability and performance. Plus, it won't break the bank!

I've heard about that PSU too – is it really dependable?
