I've been trying to install Hyperland for two weeks now on Debian 13, but I just can't seem to get it to work. I'm currently using the stable version of Debian 13 with GNOME, and I'm looking to switch over to Hyperland. If you have any questions about my setup or what I've already tried, feel free to ask!

I found some installation tips on a wiki. It's always good to search for similar issues since you might find solutions already posted. Just a tip: always use an ethernet cable for installations and remember to remove the boot media once you're done!
Check out the installation guide here: https://wiki.hypr.land/Getting-Started/Installation/. If you're considering compiling from source, that can also be an option! Just make sure to read the Debain wiki for pointers on how not to mess things up: https://wiki.debian.org/DontBreakDebian.
Have you tried running `sudo apt install hyprland`? If that doesn't work, you might need to enable backports for Trixie. You can find more info on that at this package search link: https://packages.debian.org/search?arch=amd64&keywords=hyprland.
Have you considered that perhaps diving into Hyperland might be a bit much right now? It's not a typical desktop environment, and setting it up can be quite challenging if you're having trouble just getting it installed. From what I know, you can either install it via your package manager or compile it from source with just a few terminal commands. But, getting it functional as a daily driver involves even more commands and lots of tweaking. If you need something easier to handle, I'd suggest looking into KDE Plasma. It's very configurable and far more user-friendly! But if you're determined to stick with Hyperland, what's the specific issue you're running into? What steps have you taken so far?
