Need Help! My PC Keeps Restarting While Gaming

I've been having a frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly restarts during gaming sessions, regardless of the game I'm playing. I've got an ASUS Prime B450M II motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, 16GB of Kingston Fury 3200MHz RAM, a Corsair CX 650W power supply, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, all running on Windows 11. The restarts can happen anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours into gaming, and the way it happens is bizarre—my monitors go black and then come back on, but the PC itself doesn't seem to shut down; the lights and fans keep running. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps, like changing the cooler, swapping out RAM sticks, taking my PC to a technician who couldn't replicate the issue, and even updating my BIOS and graphics drivers. I'm running out of ideas! I wonder if it could be a software problem, a power issue, or damage from high temperatures that I may have caused in the past. I really value my PC and don't want to mess it up any further. Any suggestions or comfort would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried running any GPU stress tests to see if that might be the issue? If the tech didn’t test the GPU, it could have problems that are causing the restarts during gaming.

Not yet! I was planning to do that but had some internet issues after posting this. I'm really considering it now.
