Hey everyone, I've just upgraded my CPU from an i5 13500 to an i7 14700F, and I'm using it for gaming, streaming, and video editing on an Asus Tuf B760M Plus Wi-Fi 2 motherboard (with the latest BIOS). I'm cooling everything with a DeepCool AK620. I've been playing around with the Intel default settings, but I'm not seeing the performance I expected in benchmarks (like OOCT) and in games. I even tried enabling APE with a 90-degree limit, but I noticed the voltage spiked to 1.54V when I accidentally opened an editing program while gaming. That got me worried! Can anyone guide me on how to properly configure the BIOS for optimal performance without risking the stability of my Intel 13th and 14th gen processor? Sorry for any inaccuracies; I used a translator for this post!

You might want to run some benchmarks like Steel Nomad and Time Spy from the free 3DMark edition. After that, share the results online; it’ll give you a clearer picture of how your build is performing compared to others. If something's off, those benchmarks can help highlight any issues you might not have noticed.
Thanks for the suggestion! Here are my results:
