I'm currently looking for a new cloud camera system for my office. We have some IP cameras installed, but our current vendor has really dropped the ball post-COVID. They used to be great, but for the last three years, they haven't been keeping up with license renewals, providing timely quotes, or just generally being helpful. Before I start reaching out for new quotes, I wanted to see what systems other people are using. Any suggestions?

If the budget allows, you might want to check out Avigilon. They have a solid feature set that can really enhance your security.
If you're looking for something a bit more on-premise, I’d recommend the Reolink cameras paired with their NVR, especially since I like to keep things on a separate VLAN for security reasons.
We use Solink for our cameras and it has been pretty reliable for us. You might want to give it a look.
I used to work at an MSP that handled Verkada and Meraki cameras. Just a heads up, there was a significant security issue with Verkada a while back, so it might be worth checking if that's been resolved before you decide.
We've had a good experience with Eagle Eye for cloud-based systems. Our setup is through a local third party, but Eagle Eye's support for camera issues has been pretty decent.
Thanks for the recommendation! How has your support experience been with them? We've had mixed results with our current provider.
