Hey everyone! I've been a Windows user my whole life, but I'm making a change to focus on networks and security. I'm really excited about it, but I've realized I need to get comfortable with Linux to succeed. I recently got a Raspberry Pi 5, set up Pi OS64, and managed to get some things running, like a network drive and a media server, but I'm completely lost when it comes to understanding how Linux really works. I know there are tons of different Linux distributions, and while they all have similarities, they also have their quirks. I'd love to hear your advice on how I can start learning Linux properly, especially to understand my Raspberry Pi projects better and prepare for future ones. Thanks in advance!

The best way to learn Linux is just by diving in and using it. The more you work with it, the more you'll get the hang of things! Don't worry too much about being lost at first—just keep experimenting and asking questions as you go. It's all part of the learning process!

Trial and error is a great way to pick up Linux skills! Use Google, YouTube, and even Reddit for tips. There are also apps you can download that are super helpful for learning Linux on your phone. They'll help you get more comfortable with the basics!
