Real User Experiences with NinjaOne: Is It Worth It?

I'm considering committing to NinjaOne after a week of trying it out, and I'm curious to get insights from long-term users. I've been impressed with its features so far, but I'm particularly interested in any advice or warnings you might have. Here are a couple of specific questions I have: 1. Should I use their backup solution along with NinjaOne, or is it better to stick with my current Veeam setup? 2. If I switch to Ninja's remote desktop, will I miss the features I love about Splashtop? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

NinjaOne is great, you won't regret going with it. I've been using it for the backup of some machines, especially the ones that are off-domain, and I've had no complaints. I didn’t use Splashtop, but compared to TeamViewer and a few others, Ninja’s remote desktop handles things well for me. Just a heads up, the session recordings can clutter up your video folder pretty quickly.

Thanks for the real-use feedback! I’m mainly interested in patch management, but if it lets me cut back on other apps, it’ll be easier to get approval from my CFO.
