I'm looking for a solution to allow a small group of users (about 5-10) to upload large files and send direct links to those files. The requirement is to keep everything isolated with unique logins under one account, and I want to avoid directory browsing so that users can only see the files they have access to. I'm aware of services like Dropbox and OneDrive, but I'm not sure if they meet my needs. What options would you recommend for securely sharing files that are larger than typical email attachments, say around 100MB to 500MB?

Google Drive or OneDrive could work if you’re within their size limits. If you're frequently needing to send really large files, WeTransfer might be a good option. At my workplace, we also use SFTP for large transfers—WingFTP was great back when I last used it.
Have a look at our service at aero.zip; it includes features like end-to-end encryption for files of any size, which adds a layer of security. Plus, we offer 2 GB for free and you can try out a 100 GB plan if you're interested!
You might consider using a Backblaze B2 instance. Our media team uses it with Cyberduck on Mac, and it lets you generate keys for user access—it's pretty customizable!
Check to see if your email security provider has options for large file sharing. For example, Mimecast offers a large file send feature that lets you email files up to 2GB, and it'll send a link for the recipient to retrieve the file without leaving your email. Proofpoint has similar functionality too!
It really depends on the size you're dealing with. Just to clarify, how big are we talking?

It's not huge, just larger than what I'd send in an email—around 100MB to 500MB. With a paid service, I assume that shouldn’t be a problem.
