Should I Start with CS50 or Another C Course for Game Development and AI/ML?

I'm about to begin my B.Tech course on July 20th, and I have a strong interest in game development as well as AI/ML. Although I have dabbled in various programming languages when I was younger, I'm considering starting with C as my first language. I've heard a lot of great things about the CS50 course, which covers multiple programming languages, but I'm a bit confused if I should prioritize CS50 or just find a more focused course on C. What do you recommend? Any tips for taking CS50, or if it's not the best choice, which C course should I look for, regardless of whether it's paid or free?

CS50 is a fantastic choice! It's more of an introduction to computer science rather than just focusing on one language. The course will help you understand the fundamentals of programming, which is super important. Instead of limiting yourself to just C, think of it as building a toolkit to choose the right language for different problems. Plus, you'll have time before your course starts to complete it and deepen your C knowledge later!

Sounds good! I’ll take the CS50 course first and then dive deeper into C.
