Struggling to Get a Line of Credit for Meta Business Manager

Hey everyone! I'm working on a software that utilizes Meta's 2-Tier Business Manager Solution to create Child Business Managers under a Parent Business Manager. The documentation mentions needing a Shared Line of Credit so that these Child BMs can use the Parent BM's credit for ad spend. However, I'm hitting a wall trying to escalate this request with Meta since we just started as a company. I've contacted support multiple times and submitted the required forms, but no luck so far. The main advice I keep seeing is to contact my Facebook rep to set up a Line of Credit if it isn't already established. I have an approved Meta App and my software is functioning well, but this line of credit is the last piece I need. Any tips or help on how to secure this LOC would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you might benefit from the agency umbrella route if you're already working with a compliant Meta partner. Even if your software company is a separate entity, talk to your agency about possibly using their credit line for your Child BMs. Just keep in mind that there may be fees for using their services, so weigh that against how urgently you need the LOC. Accessibility to invoicing options in your biz manager might vary depending on your agency's setup, so definitely check that with them too.

I’ll definitely reach out to them! It’s strange not seeing any invoicing options in our Biz Manager. But thanks for the suggestion!

Getting a Line of Credit (LOC) from Meta can be tough for new businesses. They typically like to see at least three months of consistent ad spend. A good approach is to funnel all your traffic through one parent ad account with a credit card and aim for about $10k-$15k a month in ad spending, making sure you never miss a payment. This can lead to a self-service 'request invoicing' option appearing, and that should get a finance rep to contact you about the LOC paperwork. If cash flow is tight, consider looking into short-term financing options like Brex or Mercury IO. Also, if you have a connection with a Meta Marketing Partner agency, they can offer their credit line for a fee. That's another route to consider if you're in a hurry!

Great advice, thanks! We actually have a compliant Meta partner agency that our clients use for around $1.5M per year in ad spend. I wonder if we can leverage that even though the agency doesn’t currently spend on advertising their own services?
