I've hit a wall and I'm really hoping someone here can help me out. My AWS account manages my domain registration and DNS through Route 53, but my work email is hosted on Zoho and all the email records are set up in AWS. Now, every time I try to log into AWS, it sends verification codes to my work email, which I can't access because I can't get into Route 53 to fix the email settings. Essentially, I'm locked out: I can't log into AWS without the email, and I can't access the email because I can't log into AWS.
I've tried looking for alternative login methods like MFA or backup codes, but I don't have those available. The old AWS support form for sign-in issues seems to be gone, and when I contacted AWS through their generic support page, they just keep replying that they emailed me.
I can provide billing information, account ID, credit card details, and evidence of domain ownership — I just need a way to reach a human for verification without using that dead email. Has anyone dealt with this before? How did you get AWS to reset the root email or bypass the email verification? Did they get back to you or call you? Any advice or success stories would be greatly appreciated!

This situation is frustrating! I suggest trying the support form that doesn’t require a login. Check this link: http://go.aws/account-support. Use an email that you can access to open a case with the AWS Accounts team. Also, if you already submitted a case, consider reaching out via Reddit Chat for potential assistance. Good luck!
I tried that link three days ago and still haven’t gotten a response, even after providing multiple alternative contact methods.
