I'm gearing up to build a gaming rig that can handle most games at 1440p with good settings. I'd love to get your opinions on my planned setup! Check it out here: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TBRffd)

The 5070 is a great choice, but make sure to get it closer to $550 if you can. You mentioned it's more expensive for you, so just keep an eye on local prices. Also, the 7600 CPU is doing fine for most games unless you're really pushing for high performance.
If you're playing at 1440p, consider looking for something like a 9070 as well. It might offer better performance per euro spent. And don't forget about RAM—go for 30/6000 if you can!
I think the CPU might be holding you back a bit. Consider upgrading to at least a 7700X or 9700X, since many modern games are pretty CPU-intensive. And you could save some cash by skipping PCIe 5 SSDs for now—they don’t bring any real benefits for gaming.
But if you’re aiming high with future-proofing, investing in a PCIe 5 motherboard can extend the lifespan of your build. It's a solid investment!
I disagree; the 7600 is just fine for this setup, especially if you're mainly gaming.
This build could use some tweaking. Your CPU comes with a cooler, so consider using it to save money unless you want a minor upgrade. The motherboard VRMs aren't impressive for the price, and the RAM could be faster. Also, I noticed the NVMe drive is overpriced for what it offers.
Absolutely! I’d recommend checking out a better motherboard and the build I suggested has a good NVMe for a decent price.
Regarding the case, I totally get why you’d feel that way. The case is subjective, so choose one that fits your style and needs.
Looks like a solid build! I would suggest looking for a cheaper SSD and trying to get the RTX 5070 closer to its MSRP, around $550. Otherwise, it seems good overall!
The WD 770SN is also a great option and is cheaper than the Samsung EVO where I live. Just a heads up, I’ve read some not-so-great reviews about the Kingston 1TB SSD and its durability after a few years.

In my area, the PNY version of the 5070 is going for 600 euros, which is pretty steep right now.
