I'm working on building a gaming PC and trying to figure out the best places to save money versus where it's worth spending a bit more. I've got a few questions: First, do I really need reverse fans for the AIO cooler, and will my current fan setup work? I also want to know if the AIO is a good choice for the AMD 9800X3D. Lastly, can this build reach 240 FPS in fast-paced games like Valorant or Fortnite at 4K, or would I be better off with a dual monitor setup combining 1080p and 4K? Thanks so much for your help!

Dude, if you're trying to save money, those RGB fans and the AIO are definitely extras. You might want to rethink your priorities. Just choose components that perform well. Everything after the CPU and GPU tends to get overpriced for just looks!
Regarding your FPS question, yes, you should be able to hit 240 FPS in Valorant or Fortnite at 4K, but make sure your GPU can handle it. For your AIO, if you mount it on top as exhaust, stick with standard fans; if it's going to be side-mounted, you’d want the reverse fans.
I appreciate that! I’m definitely leaning towards the top mount for cleaner airflow.
I’d skip the AIO unless you really want it for aesthetics. For cooling, a good air cooler can do just as well without the extra cost. Trust me, those RGB fans you picked are mostly for looks and don’t help performance. You can save some cash by choosing a more basic motherboard and sticking with fewer fans unless you’re set on that flashy look!
So you're saying air coolers can be just as good? I was leaning towards the AIO for the build's appearance.

Yeah, I get the point. I just want something that looks good while still being functional.
