I've been struggling with my Samsung Smart TV as it keeps booting me back to Samsung TV Plus. Whenever I turn on the TV or manage to navigate to the home menu, it only takes a button press or two before it freezes and redirects me to Samsung TV Plus. I've already tried disabling the auto-play feature on both Samsung accounts, unplugging the TV for more than a minute, and even performing a hard reset to erase all data, but nothing seems to work. This problem started when my mom left and my dad turned it on about an hour later. Anyone else facing this issue?

You might want to get in touch with Samsung support. They have a contact page to help out. It sounds frustrating! Sometimes, they can provide updates that fix these glitches.
I'm dealing with the same issue! I chatted with Samsung support, and they mentioned that they’ve escalated my case to their Technical Engineering team. Apparently, they’re investigating the crashes and will automatically deliver a fix once they find the problem. They also said they would reach out if they need more information from me. Hopefully, they sort this out soon!

My mom just tried calling Samsung support, but they said there are 170 people ahead of her in line! It's probably something to do with an update or a coding glitch on their end.
