I recently added 32GB more RAM to my setup but I'm having a weird issue. Whenever I try to install all four sticks, only the two in the A2 and B2 slots seem to work. The other two, when placed in A1 and B1, don't function at all. They click into place, and I can see they're aligned properly, but when I boot up my PC, there's no display. I've waited for memory training and checked to ensure nothing's broken on the motherboard, but still nothing. I'm using Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM (64GB total), a Cooler Master MWE 850W Gold V2 PSU, an ASRock B660M-C motherboard, an RTX 4070 GPU, and an Intel i7-12700F CPU. I've also updated the BIOS to the latest version, but I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Make sure all your parts are seated correctly and try adjusting the timings or voltage in BIOS. Sometimes it helps to tweak those settings for stability with multiple sticks. And again, you're good with the latest BIOS since that helps with RAM compatibility, too!
Since you're using DDR4, it's less picky about the number of sticks compared to DDR5. A common issue could be a bent CPU pin, which can prevent proper recognition of the RAM sticks. Have you tried running it with just three sticks instead of four to see if that works?
Have you tried clearing the CMOS after installing the new RAM? It's often useful for resolving RAM detection issues. You should be able to find instructions in your motherboard manual. It can reset any settings that might be causing conflicts when adding new memory sticks.

Thanks! I’m not too familiar with CMOS. What’s the process for clearing it?
