I'm having a frustrating issue where none of my websites are loading properly on any browser. Sometimes they don't load at all, and when they do, they don't function as expected. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, running troubleshooters, restarting my Wi-Fi through the router, and disconnecting and reconnecting to the network, but nothing seems to work. The problem started suddenly, and I suspect it may be related to a recent scare I had with potential malware after strange coding boxes appeared. I subscribed to some antivirus and anti-malware services to deal with that, but ever since, I've been facing these connectivity issues. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to fix this?

When you try to visit a website that doesn't load, what error messages do you get? Sometimes it can give a clue about what's going on.
Clear your browser's cache, history, and cookies from the very beginning. If that doesn't help, consider doing a system restore to a point before the issues started. You might be surprised how often this fixes things!
Make sure your system date and time are correct, as SSL certificates can be sensitive to that. Also, try clearing your browser's SSL state in the settings and disabling the QUIC protocol if you're using Chrome. If none of this works, you may have to consider reinstalling Windows.
It sounds like you might have a DNS issue. Check if the problem occurs on all devices connected to your router. If it’s just one computer, try changing your DNS servers to Google's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, and see if that resolves it!
I tried that, but nothing changed. It’s only happening on my computer.
I get errors like ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR or messages that say the site can't provide a secure connection.
