I've been having a major issue where none of my websites load properly, and sometimes they don't load at all. This problem popped up out of nowhere. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times, running various troubleshooters, and even reset my Wi-Fi by rebooting the router as well as reconnecting. The only thing that might have triggered this is that I thought I detected a hacker, especially after seeing some weird coding boxes appear, so I subscribed to a couple of antivirus and anti-malware services, and then the next day this mess started. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Also, make sure your date and time settings are correct; SSL certificates can act up if your system clock is off. Another thing is to check your browser's settings—especially in Chrome—clear the SSL state and disable the QUIC protocol. If all else fails, reinstalling Windows might be the last resort, but first, let's try some of this.
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, history, and cookies? Sometimes a bunch of old data can cause loading problems. If that doesn't do it, you might want to look into doing a system restore if you have a restore point available.
When attempting to access a website that won't load, what kind of error messages do you see? For instance, do you get "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" or the site unable to provide a secure connection? Those messages can really point us in the right direction regarding the issue.
Sounds like you might be dealing with a DNS issue! Check if this is happening across all your devices connected to the same router. If it's just on one computer, you can try changing your DNS settings to use Google's DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. That often helps.
I tried changing the DNS, but it didn't help. It's still just my computer that's acting up.
Yes, I get errors like "this site can’t provide a secure connection" when I try to visit certain sites.
