I recently upgraded my PC performance but haven't changed my fan setup. I've got six Corsair HD120 fans, and their RGB has started flickering after about six years. As an auto mechanic, I associate loudness with power, whether it's a roaring exhaust or a screaming turbo. So, I'm not looking for the quietest fans out there, which seems to be how they're marketed. I want fans that will announce themselves when I turn my PC on. Can anyone suggest some loud ARGB fan models that really deliver on sound?

For the maximum noise, consider the be quiet! Light Wings PWM High Speed. They hit 2500RPM, so they'll definitely be heard! If it’s all about volume, then server fans are your best bet, but you’ll lose the RGB fun.
Delta fans are the way to go if you want loud. Any Delta fan will outdo other options when it comes to noise and performance! They’re beasts.
You want loud? Check out the BGears B-Blaster! It’s got some serious noise potential. Here’s a link to a demo video my buddy made, it’s wild!
If you want something ridiculously loud, you might want to check out server fans. They can get pretty intense in terms of noise!
The TL-C12 is a solid choice. They're quiet normally, but if you crank them up, they can really scream! Server fans might be loud too, but getting them with ARGB is a challenge.
Have you thought about just getting a powerful industrial fan and directing it at your PC? That would definitely make a statement!
Yeah, server fans can be hard to find with RGB. But they're definitely loud if you want that kind of sound!
