I'm looking for the best headset options for PC gaming, specifically focusing on models like the Logitech G Pro X, Corsair HS80 RGB USB, HyperX Cloud III, and Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed. I want something that excels in volume and microphone quality, but comfort and long-lasting durability are also important. I currently use the Blackshark V2 X but want something more reliable for playing with friends. I'm hoping to keep my budget under $100 since I don't play online much and tend to use my KZ headphones for solo gameplay.

I loved my Logitech G432 for almost a decade before they broke. Super comfy and decent sound. Once I build my new PC, I’m definitely going for Logitech again since they’ve always been good to me!
I recently upgraded to the HyperX Cloud III and I'm in love! They're really comfortable, well-priced, and great for gaming. Plus, the built-in mic switch is a nice touch for convenience!
Honestly, it really comes down to your budget! I switched to the Audeze Maxwell 2 after having issues with Corsair headsets. The quality is fantastic and they've really improved on durability compared to what I had before.
Just a heads up, my experience with wired headsets hasn't been great. I used to have the G Pro X Wireless and loved the freedom it gave me. I switched to a Beyerdynamic DT 900 PRO X for better audio but ended up missing the convenience of the wireless. Next time, I’d stick with the G Pro X for sure! My brother swears by HyperX, so they might be worth checking out too.
If comfort is your priority, you can't go wrong with the G Pro X Wireless! I've had mine for about five years now, and it’s super comfy for long sessions. Plus, I haven't had any complaints about the mic. They’ve held up really well for me, used nearly every day.

Totally get what you're saying! Managing multiple cables can be a hassle, especially if you've already got your mouse and keyboard wires to deal with.
