I'm looking for recommendations on tools to create a lot of small diagrams for network and service connectivity. I need something that's easy to use but still effective. Any suggestions?

You might want to check out Creately! It allows you to create various types of network diagrams and seems pretty user-friendly.
For quick sketches, I really like Excalidraw. But when I need something more polished for work documentation, I lean towards the web version of Visio, as I can't stand the old desktop app. For home projects, draw.io is my go-to tool.
Draw.io is definitely my favorite tool for creating diagrams! Lately, I've also been trying to utilize mermaid syntax for my diagrams, but honestly, the layout can be a bit tricky.
I've been using Excalidraw too, but I'm not entirely convinced it’s the best out there since I haven't really looked into other options yet. Just here to see what other people recommend!
Yed is another decent option. It has a bit of a limited color palette, but it works well overall. If you’re familiar with Visio, you’ll find yed to be quite similar but with some nice enhancements. It runs on MacOS, Windows, and Linux, so that’s a plus!
