What do I need to get hired as a fresh IT graduate, and is relying on AI for coding a bad idea?

I'm curious about what qualifications are typically required for fresh graduates entering the IT industry. On top of that, I've been using AI tools to help with planning my projects and debugging, but I'm concerned: does relying on AI diminish the value of my work? How do employers view this?

If you're using AI as a tool rather than a crutch, that's perfectly fine! AI should enhance your skills, not replace them. The key is to ensure you understand the concepts behind your work and can troubleshoot issues without solely depending on AI.

To get hired as a fresh grad, typically you need a relevant degree, a solid portfolio with a couple of projects, and a good attitude toward learning and growing. AI is a great tool if you use it wisely, but remember that being able to code without it is crucial, especially in interviews!

Can you explain what you mean by having a good attitude? Like being open to feedback?
