I was browsing fanfictions on my Android device when I mistakenly clicked on a mirror site and got redirected to what seemed like a malicious site called NV Casino (cloudyveritona.com). I've already run a scan with Avira to check for any viruses, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should do to ensure my Android device is safe.

If you start noticing any strange activity on your device, don't hesitate to do a factory reset. But it sounds like you're in the clear for now.
If your virus scan didn't find anything, that's a good sign! You're probably safe. Just keep an eye on your device for any weird behavior, and you should be fine.
Consider running Malwarebytes too. It catches a lot of malware, including spyware and keyloggers, that some antivirus apps might miss. Better safe than sorry!
I heard Malwarebytes isn't always the best at finding malware or viruses. Avira seems to do a better job, but I guess it doesn't hurt to double-check.
