Our QA team has been reduced by 50% due to budget cuts, yet leadership still expects us to maintain our bi-weekly shipping schedule. Manual regression testing consumes most of our sprint time, and testing across multiple devices—like web and Android—adds to the challenge. The team is already feeling burnt out, and we're short on resources. Management suggests automating our testing process, but implementing new frameworks feels like starting fresh, and we don't have the time or engineering capacity to explore this now. Has anyone here successfully automated testing across devices without bringing in more engineers? Are there any AI tools or low-code solutions that could help us? We really need a viable option soon!
