I've got an Adata 5600MHz single DDR5 16GB stick, and I'm trying to use it with a Gigabyte H610i motherboard and an i3 14100 processor. The XMP profile is set to 5600 CL45 and 1.1V, but it doesn't seem to work. I've double-checked, and the motherboard supports XMP up to 5600. Are there any other BIOS settings I should adjust besides just enabling the XMP profile?

You've got a single stick of DDR5, right? Just so you know, the H series motherboards are generally not meant for overclocking, though they might support XMP profiles since those are set by the manufacturers.
How are you verifying that the XMP is applied?
I'm checking it in the BIOS, but it only shows 4800.
Even if it manages to hit 5600, the performance boost will likely be minimal. Plus, having only one stick of RAM really holds back performance.

Yeah, I know it's one stick. I heard there might be some limitations.
