I'm working on creating two simple websites for my dad's business partners. I'm charging $135 for one and $93 for the other. Since I'll also be managing these sites, I've added an admin fee of $99.90 plus an annual fee of $57. Is this pricing reasonable considering the work involved?

Considering that you’re new to this, the prices you mentioned could be fair, but it seems like your clients have different expectations. One even mentioned they thought it should be around $17! It might be worth discussing what they value in terms of services and pricing.
From my perspective, it’s vital to determine whether it's serving you fairly too. Consider how much time and effort you'll spend on each project, and price accordingly. It's all about the value you provide and what feels right for you.
It really depends on where you're located. In certain areas, those rates are on the low end. Think about your costs and whether you're charging enough to make it worthwhile long-term. You should aim for a price that covers your skills and time.
Think about what you want to earn hourly and multiply that by how many hours you expect to work, plus a buffer for unexpected tasks. If you believe $20 an hour is fair, then charge more like $40 to reflect that. It's important to value your time properly.
If either website takes you more than 2-3 hours, you might be undercharging. Those rates seem quite low for a web project, especially considering ongoing admin duties. It sounds like you need to reflect on how long these projects will actually take you!
Yeah, I think they will definitely take me longer than that. The maintenance won't be too much work, though.

I'm based in Pakistan, and I didn't have experience before, so I thought this was fair.
