I'm looking to upgrade my CPU so I can run Windows 11 and maybe get some decent performance in EUV. I'm a bit frustrated that I missed the deals on the 5700x3d, but I'm hoping to find a solid budget option. Here are my current specs: AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 24GB RAM (mix of 2x4 and 2x8), a 1TB main HDD and a 4TB HDD, plus an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. I'm using a GIGABYTE AB350-GAMING motherboard. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I agree! The 5600x and 5700x are the best options right now and would double your performance compared to your current setup. In my area, the 5800 series is also affordable, but I've heard of some overheating issues with it. You should definitely lean toward the 5700x since it's around the same price as the 5600x for you.
Same here, the prices for the 5600x, 5700x, and even the 5800x are pretty similar in my region. However, I've heard that the 5800x might have some overheating problems, so I'd go for the 5700x if you're looking for reliability.
You can't go wrong with the 5600x or 5700x! They're solid upgrades that would really boost your performance. Have you checked the used market? You might find some great deals there.
