Hey everyone! After taking a break from gaming for about three years, I'm finally getting back into it and I'm putting together a new build. Here are the specs I'm working with: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX (AM5), AMD 7800X3D, 32GB of RAM, 3TB of storage, and an 850W gold power supply. During my time off, I had Nvidia cards, but I've heard that AMD has some solid options these days. I want to do an all AMD setup and I'm curious to know which AMD graphics card is the best right now. I'm aiming to play story-heavy games in 4K and mostly FPS games at 1440p. I noticed the 9070 XT is the latest option and I've heard great things, but I'm not sure which version to go for. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

If you're fine with getting the cheapest model of the 9070 XT, you'll still have a fantastic experience. Just don't expect it to handle path tracing flawlessly. But if you’re into CS:GO and games like Fragpunk, you should be more than satisfied with its performance.
Honestly, just go for the 9070 XT. It's a great card. You might want to check out the Sapphire Nitro or Red Devil versions, as those are considered the top models right now.
For pure raster performance, the 7900 XTX is slightly better, but if you're looking for overall efficiency, the 9070 XT is definitely a solid choice. It’s got less VRAM than the XTX, but it performs really well in ray tracing and supports FSR4. Plus, with an MSRP of around $600, it offers great value compared to older high-end cards that used to cost over $1,000.
