Hey everyone! I'm planning to build my first PC and considering DDR4 memory due to the current shortage of DDR5. I'm looking for recommendations on the best CPU and motherboard to pair with DDR4. I also want to mention that a friend is giving me a water cooling system, so that's the only component I have so far.
