Hey everyone! I'm trying to figure out what the best GPU would be for getting over 120 FPS on an ultrawide 1440p monitor. I would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations based on your experiences!

It's hard to give a specific recommendation without knowing more about your budget and what games you’ll be playing. Generally, though, the 5070 Ti or 9070 XT should get you what you need for most games at that resolution.
It really depends on the games you play, but I'd recommend aiming for at least a 5070 Ti or a 9070 XT. If you want even better performance, go for the 5080.
I have the 5080 running at 3440x1440, and it works great. The GPU usage stays high even with the newest titles.
I've seen the 5070S achieve similar results!
If we're talking about the best overall, it would probably be the 5090. But for a solid balance, the 5080 or 9070 XT would be great choices, especially if you're also doing productivity work.
Yeah, 5090 is definitely top of the line, but if you want to save some cash, the 5080 offers a good performance boost too when compared to the 5070 Ti.
My RTX 4080 is holding up fine at 2560x1440p, but if you're looking for a step up, the 5080 can be a good option. DLSS really helps with performance too!
From my experience, I run a 5070 Ti at 4K and hit over 120 FPS in most games, so you should have no issues at 1440p ultrawide. But remember, ray tracing can really pull down performance significantly.
Yeah, I’ve got the 5070 too, and it performs well! Just be careful with settings like ray tracing.
If you're flexible with budget, I'd go for the 5090, but if you're looking for value, definitely leaning towards those 5070s or 9070s.
