What’s the Best Tool for Sprint Planning Right Now?

I'm starting 2-week sprints and we've been using monday.com. So far, it's a lot smoother than Jira, which feels pretty clunky, and Trello, which seems too basic for our needs. I'm curious if anyone has compared monday.com to Linear or ClickUp for sprint planning, especially in larger teams?

We used monday.com for a while but switched after some frustrating experiences. Finding links to issues was a pain, and linking PRs to issues was hard too! We tried Linear and ClickUp but eventually went back to Jira. Personally, I liked Linear better, but every team needs to figure out what works best for them based on their specific needs. Good luck!

If you're trying a new way of working, it might be best to stick with your current tool or even use something simple like spreadsheets or sticky notes for a few sprints. Once you nail down your workflow, then look for a tool that fits. It’ll make the search a lot easier!

I've tried a bunch of tools and honestly, I still prefer sticking post-its on a wall. It's just tough for remote work, though. Virtual tools can’t quite replicate the same vibe!

Honestly, I think sprints are overrated. Just get rid of the whole concept! They can be a total drag.

Honestly, I think hiring a dedicated project manager could solve most of the issues with managing sprints. Let them handle the tools and planning!

Isn't this more of a project management issue? Just saying!
