What’s the Best Way to Cast Content to Multiple TVs?

I'm looking for a solid solution to broadcast a regularly updated plan across several TVs in a big company. I'm considering options like SharePoint, Excel, or PDFs as potential sources. A NUC computer feels a bit overkill for this task, while Raspberry Pi seems like it might require too much maintenance and could pose security concerns. I'm thinking about multicast over Ethernet or HDMI with one host, but I've noticed that they don't display the same screen on all TVs. I've heard of Monitors AnyWhere but am not very familiar with it. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, the NUC and Raspberry Pi options you mentioned are pretty common in the industry for digital signage. Even if they seem like overkill, they work well for running content reliably.

We switched to using BrightSign from our old Mac mini setups, which were a hassle. BrightSign is more reliable and has a great support system, plus you avoid the chaos of older tech. Just a thought!

I can vouch for that! The old Mac minis can be such a headache when they start failing.

Samsung's MagicInfo is a popular choice for digital signage solutions; it could be worth checking out for your setup.
