I'm struggling with how to thoroughly remove a failed installation of Autodesk products, particularly Revit 2024 along with its add-ins like language packs, issues add-ins, and interoperability tools. I've tried manually deleting files and folders and cleaning out the Windows Temp folder, but after going through all that, the next installation attempt just leads to another failure. I've noticed this issue with Autodesk products happening frequently, and I'm curious if anyone has a recommended method for doing a clean uninstall or if there's a specific process that works better. Any insights would be appreciated!

Honestly, I just reimage my system if things go south. It might sound drastic, but if nothing important is stored locally, it’s faster to wipe and start fresh than to spend hours trying to clean things up. It usually only takes about 25 minutes to get a new system up and running!

That makes sense if you're only using one CAD program. But, I’ve got to manage multiple Revit versions. Users need these because not all files can open in older versions, and if the whole supply chain isn’t synced to the newest version, problems arise.
