What’s the best way to upgrade my PC right now?

Hey folks! I'm looking to upgrade my PC and need some guidance. Here's my current setup: I have an RTX 3060 Ti 8GB, an R5 5600 processor, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz, all running on an AMD B550 motherboard. I've been experiencing performance issues with the 3060 Ti; it's running really hot (about 81-89°C) and the fans are super loud. I've tried undervolting it to cool it down a bit.

I'm considering upgrading to a 9070 XT and moving to 1440p gaming, but I've heard it might be smart to upgrade my CPU too, which means I'd need a new motherboard for an AM5 socket, and potentially new RAM as well.

Should I save up for the 9070 XT now and then get the CPU and motherboard later, or just bite the bullet and upgrade everything at once? Any other suggestions for what I should do? I'm not very knowledgeable about PC building, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
