I've been using three HPE Proliant DL360 G10 servers for three years, and I've noticed that one of them takes at least 15 minutes in POST while the other two clock in at 7 minutes max. I always keep the BIOS and firmware up to date. Recently, I also got a DL320 G11, and it too is taking 15 minutes during the POST process. Most of the time it shows 'configuration has changed, starting all devices.' Is this amount of time normal? There haven't been any warnings or errors logged in iLO, and the hardware configurations on all my servers are identical including TPM, RAID card, FC HBA, and NIC.

If your disk array isn't bogged down with checks, POST should be around 5 minutes. However, it may take longer on the first couple of startups or when there are any hardware changes. Just keep an eye on it!
I don't have an HPE setup, but I've had older Dell servers that typically POST in about 3-5 minutes. That said, if you have any problematic hardware like a faulty USB drive connected, it could significantly delay the process.
In general, HPE Proliants can take around 7-13 minutes depending on the model generation, with the newer ones usually being slower. It's not uncommon for a change in configuration to extend POST time as well. Although, that 15-minute mark does seem on the longer side, especially if everything's set up correctly.
Mine usually maxes out at about 5 minutes. If you're consistently seeing longer times, it could indicate a potential hardware issue. I’d recommend checking the logs in iLO for any hidden errors that might not be immediately obvious.
