I'm preparing for my Az-104 exam coming up in May. I've got the exam package from Whizlabs, and I'm using both Microsoft Learn and Scott Duffy's course on Udemy for my studies. However, I'm looking for sources where I can access free labs to practice for the exam. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, Azure usually comes with costs associated, but you might want to check out the Azure free account option. It lets you explore Azure services without immediate charges. You can sign up for it on their official site.

You missed the point. I specifically need labs, not just access.

If a free Azure account isn’t viable for you, I'd recommend looking into Whizlabs' hands-on labs. They provide a lot of value for the price and can be very useful for getting practical experience. Definitely worth checking out!
