I'm trying to figure out which DDR5 RAM would offer the best performance for low latency in esports titles like CS, Valorant, and PUBG. Is the 6000MHz CL 30-38-38-96 better than the CL 30-40-40-76 for these games?

Honestly, either option will work for you, but if you're really aiming for the lowest latency, the CL 30-38-38-96 might be the better choice. You can also check out Bullzoid's tuning settings on YouTube to optimize your RAM for performance. Just keep in mind that all these memory modules are generally made by the same manufacturers, so it mostly comes down to the CAS latency (CL).
Just a heads up, however, your mileage may vary with RAM compatibility. Some kits might not work well with those settings. It's worth a little trial and error.
