I'm building a new PC with an R7 7700 CPU but I'm not looking to break the bank on top-end options like the X3D due to high costs in my country. I've found two GPUs I'm considering: the 9070 XT Asrock Steel Legend for $845 and the 4070 Ti Super Zotac Trinity for $880. Both are new, and I'm hoping to get some advice on which one would be the better choice for my build.

I would lean toward the 4070 Ti Super. While both have similar rasterization performance, the 4070 Ti can be significantly faster in high-intensity ray tracing scenarios. Plus, it offers DLSS, which is a big advantage for boosting frame rates. AMD’s FSR has improved, but there's still less game support.
The 9070 XT is generally faster in raster performance, but ray tracing (RT) should perform similarly between the two. So if raster rendering matters to you more, AMD might be the way to go.
That's good to know, thanks for the insight!
I appreciate that! I definitely want good frame rates, and upscaling tech will be crucial for me.
