I'm looking to buy an iPad for my personal use, specifically for tasks like Canva projects and watching movies. I'm torn between getting the iPad Air or the iPad Pro. For those who have used an iPad instead of a laptop, what has your experience been? Is the iPad Air sufficient for my needs, or is it worth it to invest in the Pro?

If you're just doing casual tasks, the 11th Generation iPad is all you really need. Most users don't require the more expensive options.

The iPad Air is definitely enough for most people. If your main use is casual stuff like watching movies and doing some light projects, you should be all set with it.

For light activities like Canva and streaming, the iPad Air is more than capable. But if you think you might need better specs down the line or want features like a superior display, consider the iPad Pro. It really depends on how you plan to use it.

Honestly, even the most basic iPad should serve you well. Unless you need specific features, like a better display or performance, you might find the regular iPad perfectly sufficient.
