I bought Things 3 back in November 2021, but after getting a new MacBook, I can't download the app again. Even though the Apple App Store shows my purchase receipt, it still prompts me to pay for the app again. I chose Things 3 specifically to avoid subscriptions and to keep the app permanently, so I'm frustrated that I have to repurchase something I already own. Is there a way to get access to my previous purchase?
