I was browsing online for haircare products and came across the website for Elizavecca, a South Korean brand. However, as soon as I landed on the site (elizavecca.us), I was hit with a ton of inappropriate pop-ups, including one urging me to download an ad blocker. This has never happened before during my other online shopping trips—I've been shopping all day without any pop-ups! Nothing on my computer indicates I've got malware. I didn't click any of the buttons from those pop-ups either. What might be causing this issue?

Sounds like that website is pretty sketchy. It's actually not owned by Elizavecca but by a grey market reseller. They might be trying to pull some shady tricks with their branding.
How can you tell for sure? It’s weird that a brand wouldn’t have a proper website, right? Maybe it's an international access issue.
