Why am I seeing low FPS with my new 5060 Ti?

I recently upgraded my GPU from a 2060 to a 5060 Ti with 16GB, paired with a Ryzen 5 5600 and 32GB of RAM. I'm currently playing Battlefield 6 and expected a significant boost in performance, but I'm only getting 60-90 FPS on medium graphics settings. This is frustrating, considering I spent 430€ for what seems like a minimal improvement (just about 15 more FPS). My CPU usage is around 90-95%, while my GPU utilization is only between 50-70%. What should I do to fix this?

It sounds like you’re hitting a CPU bottleneck, especially given your CPU utilization is so high. Battlefield 6 is pretty demanding on the CPU. You might want to consider upgrading your CPU to really unlock the potential of your new GPU. I've heard the 9800x3d is a great choice if you can swing it.
