Why Are My Headphones Crackling on My iPhone 11?

I've been using these headphones for a while with my old Android phone and never had any issues. However, since switching to my iPhone 11, I'm experiencing serious problems. The audio cuts in and out, and the quality is terrible. I even bought a new pair of earbuds, but the same thing is happening. Is there something wrong with my iPhone?

What models of headphones are you using? And what version of iOS do you have on the iPhone 11? Check if the audio issues happen with all apps or just specific ones like music or calls. We need to narrow down what’s causing the crackling to help you better.

I'm on the latest iOS for the iPhone 11, and I've tried the Skullcandy wired and Bluetooth headphones, plus Beats Solo buds wirelessly. The crackling occurs with everything that uses audio.

Maybe just go back to Android? Just kidding, but that would be a frustrating switch. Let's see if we can troubleshoot instead. Have you tried resetting your network settings? It might help with Bluetooth connections.

I can't switch back; my Android is broken. Any useful troubleshooting tips would be appreciated because I want to enjoy my music again.

Are your headphones wired or wireless? This could affect how they connect. Also, have you tried both types? Sometimes the Bluetooth connection can be unstable. If you've only used wireless, see if the issue persists with wired headphones instead.

Both pairs of headphones are wireless. I did try wired ones, but the iPhone 11 doesn't have a headphone jack.
