I'm having trouble with my Jabra headphones connected via Bluetooth. They pick up sound and the mic works fine, but they won't function properly on MS Teams. I've checked all the settings in Teams and can't figure out what's wrong. Has anyone else experienced this?

Some Jabra models have a feature that disables them when they're placed horizontally, thinking you’ve removed them. You might want to check if that's affecting yours!
Sometimes, a simple restart of MS Teams does the trick. I've had it ignore all Bluetooth devices before, and a quick restart usually helps.
Why rely on Bluetooth at all? The dongle works so much better!
I’ve used the Jabra dongle without any problems, but Bluetooth through Windows? Yeah, can be a real pain.
I've noticed that Windows Bluetooth can be pretty unreliable. Using the dongle that comes with the Jabra headphones usually fixes these issues. Trust me, it's worth the hassle!
Totally agree! It really makes a difference, especially in busy environments like call centers.

I actually haven't had any issues with Bluetooth myself, but I get it—USB space can be a challenge if you're using a lot of devices.
