I'm building my first rig from scratch, and I've hit a snag. I've got everything set up except for the GPU and a secondary SATA drive, but when I power on the power supply to test it out, none of the fans are spinning—neither the power supply nor any of the cooler fans. The RGB lights on the motherboard light up, so it seems like power is reaching it. I've even tested the power supply directly and it works fine when I jump the pins. I also updated the BIOS to the latest version, but that didn't help either.
This is my second go at this build because I initially had RAM that I suspect was incompatible, and my old motherboard had a bent CPU pin. I recently got a replacement board and RAM, but I'm still stuck. Here's my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hYjNjn

It looks like your PC isn't turning on properly just by flipping the power switch on the power supply. You actually need to connect the front panel connectors to your case’s power button and press that to start the system. Alternatively, you can jump the power switch connectors on the motherboard directly to turn it on without a case.
Wait, so the fans shouldn't be spinning at all until I do that?
