Hey everyone! I'm on Windows 11, and I'm having this weird issue with my ethernet connection. Ever since I switched to ethernet, I can't watch YouTube properly. It only plays for a few seconds before buffering starts, and this happens on every browser I try. I've already reset and updated my network devices, cleared the cache (sorry if I didn't use the correct term—English isn't my first language!), and I've followed all the advice I've found online. Nothing seems to work, and the only solution I've found is unplugging the ethernet cable, which lets me watch videos without any lag. This is really frustrating! Any advice on what I can do? Thanks!

It sounds like your ethernet cable might be damaged, or maybe there's a problem with the router or your PC's ethernet port. I'd suggest trying a different port on the router and, if that doesn't help, considering a good quality cat6 cable to see if that fixes the issue.

Yeah, I tried viewing YouTube with all extensions off, but no luck. I can't even load Twitch. I did test my old laptop, and it works fine there—so does that mean my PC is the issue?
Oh, and by the way, I noticed an orange dot on my ethernet port. Could that be a sign of something?
