Why can’t my PC load websites even though my phone is fine on WiFi?

I'm having a frustrating issue where my computer suddenly stopped accessing the internet while I was watching YouTube. My phone, on the other hand, is working perfectly fine over the same WiFi network. I've tried resetting my mesh network routers, unplugging the ethernet cable from my PC, and switching between the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands. I even restarted my computer, checked for updates, and ran a virus scan with Avast, but nothing seems to help. The weird thing is, when I restart my computer, the internet works for about 10 seconds before cutting out completely. My PC shows that I'm connected to the WiFi with a 'connected, secured' message. Any ideas on what else I can try?

It sounds like the DHCP settings might be the issue here. Sometimes, the computer can get confused about the IP address it’s supposed to use. Try releasing and renewing your IP address in the command prompt and see if that helps!

Actually, I ran into something similar and it turned out to be my Norton software causing the problem. Have you checked if your antivirus is blocking your connection?
