Why Can’t My Windows 11 Laptops Find the Network Printer?

I'm having a bit of a dilemma with my network printer. It seems to be working just fine with three of my devices: a wired Windows 10 PC, a Windows 10 laptop, and a wireless Windows 11 PC. However, I'm struggling to connect two Windows 11 laptops to it. They just won't recognize the printer at all. Does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Make sure all the laptops are part of the same workgroup. Sometimes if they're not set up correctly, they can't see each other or the shared devices like your printer. Also, check if the user accounts on the laptops have permissions to access the printer.

I'm not sure if they're in the same workgroup. We did update our router recently, but the other devices are working fine without issues.

It sounds like a common issue! Try plugging the two Windows 11 laptops directly into the wired network and see if they can find the printer that way. If they connect successfully, the problem might be with your wireless network settings not playing nice with the printer.

One of those laptops is already connected via Ethernet, while the other is using WiFi. So it could be something specific to the WiFi configuration.
