Hey everyone! I'm having a strange issue with my Windows 11 setup. For about a month now, whenever I try to open Chrome, Opera, Brave, or Opera GX, they crash immediately. The only browser that works without a hitch is Edge, which I really don't want to keep using. I don't have any antivirus software installed, and I believe my drivers are up to date. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Would love to get back to using a Chromium browser again! Thanks in advance!

You might want to think about installing a different OS, like a version of Linux, even if it's just in a virtual machine. There could be some Windows features causing your issues. Good luck!
Have you considered downloading a browser you haven't used before, like Vivaldi or Waterfox? They are both based on Chromium, so it could give you a different experience compared to the other browsers. Also, just so you know, Windows Defender acts as a decent antivirus these days, so you're kind of covered there whether you realize it or not!
Interesting problem you’ve got there! Have you tried renaming Chrome to something different, like 'letstrythis.exe'? Sometimes that can bypass some conflicts that are causing the crashes.
Did you try Brave again after seeing all those crashes? Since that has Chromium under the hood as well, it might still be affected. Just wanted to check!
"chrome, opera, brave and opera gx" think so bro.
Hey! Have you checked if you might have any malware on your system? Sometimes that can cause crashes like you’re experiencing. You might want to run a malware scan just to be safe. Also, do check out some malware removal guides for more insights!
I'll try that out, busy rn tho
