I've just bought these earphones that I thought were wired, but they're actually Bluetooth. The upside is that I don't have to charge them, which is nice. However, they keep disconnecting every three minutes, and it's driving me crazy! I really need some help figuring this out before I consider returning them.

It sounds like there might be some confusion with the connection. Are you sure you're not trying to connect them to multiple devices at once? That can cause issues. Also, double-check that Bluetooth is disabled on any other nearby devices while you're using them.
Make sure your Bluetooth is actually turned off on your laptop or whatever device you’re not using. Sometimes, it can interfere. If the wired feature isn’t working, you should hear silence. Maybe try resetting the earphones too—just a thought!

Yeah, I had a similar problem until I made sure to turn off Bluetooth on other devices. It really helped!
