I recently upgraded to a new GPU, and now my monitor briefly goes black for about 1-2 seconds when I switch, close, or minimize tabs, especially in Chrome. It's frustrating because it also sometimes happens randomly, even when I'm not doing anything intensive or while gaming. Has anyone else experienced this?

It sounds like your new GPU might be having some compatibility issues with your monitor or the drivers. Try updating your GPU drivers to the latest version if you haven't already. Also, check the monitor cable connection to ensure it’s secure. Sometimes a loose cable can cause those brief blackouts.
I had a similar problem once. It turned out to be related to power settings on my GPU. Go into the control panel for your GPU and check if there’s a power-saving feature that might be triggering the monitor to turn off. Disabling that fixed the issue for me!
